PROJECT METHODOLOGY American Quantity Survey Corporation and Cascade Survey Research are “For Profit” companies, and we believe profits are the result of successfully developing long-term relationships by exceeding Clients’ expectations. We firmly believe quality communication between the innovative and motivated Client and our research professionals, as a team, is the most effective method of identifying and satisfying these expectations. To achieve our mission of delivering Client satisfaction, we employ a four-phase process: Phase One We establish a Joint Survey Team with the Client to manage the project. This Joint Team will: refine and pre-test the questions for survey develop the SurveyStation placement plan for the exhibit and determine the number of units required to achieve the target quantity and proper demographic mix of survey responses design the appropriate report data format and establish appropriate cross-tabular comparisons so that final published results will be ready for immediate analysis and use Phase Two We program, transport, set-up, and maintain the SurveyStation equipment. The survey is conducted by our trained and experienced research professionals, and, if desired, Client personnel who participated on the Joint Survey Team. Our research professionals train all Team Members in site-specific survey methods. History indicates 95% of respondents asked to take the interactive touchscreen survey do participate Phase Three We remove the equipment from the event site. Data is collected from the SurveyStation prior to disassembly and removal, and is immediately forwarded electronically to our data analysis personnel for collation, statistical calculation & tabulation, and report development and publication. Demographic and Field results are presented in tabular and cross-tabular tables so that the Client may easily review research results and begin analysis Phase Four We send to the designated Client contact(s), via e-mail within five (5) business days of event’s end, the data and final report ready for immediate analysis and use.
